Community Messages marked as abuse by AWS Mail

Hi,

I am using Amazon Simple Email Service for sending all the messages at my BuddyBoss sIte and recently noticed that auto generated messages like joining a community group (which contain avatars of users) are considered by AWS as abuse. Have you ever faced that? Any suggestions on how to handle that so it would not happen for a professional network messages? This is not a dating site. :slight_smile:

Thanks for writing to us.

Emails are controlled by the SMTP protocol and that is managed by the SMTP server. It is not in our control. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider and email service, provider.
