Has anyone encountered this error?

This is happening when I click the Customize X in Theme Options.
It’s the first time I have ever had issues with X Theme. Really like this theme. No idea how this error started. Thank you.

We never had this error you described. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that help us to recognize the problem along with the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
