I just tried to leave a comment on one of my blogs to test it out and the following message popped up.
I tested it on a different computer with a different email address also and I got the same message.
Iām not sure how to solve this problem. Please help

Hi Nadia,
This seems to be a spam protection problem and not something related to our theme. You can test them by changing our theme to another default WordPress theme and see if you get the same error. If you get the same error while you do not use our Theme that shows the problem is not generated from our product.
This is usually something related to a spam protection plugin if you have or your hosting service provider which I suggest that you double check.
