Commenters Receiving Multiple Notifications

Hi,

I had a message from someone who left a comment on a blog article. They said they checked the “notify of new comments when added” when they originally made a comment. Now they are receiving 4 duplicate notifications every time a comment is made.

Any ideas where the problem could be?

Hi David,

This is something related to the WordPress CMS itself and not our product. We do not change the commenting system of WordPress and our theme uses the same comment system that WordPress uses. You can test the case by changing the theme from our theme to another one and you will see that the problem persists.
