is the coming soon plugin( from the extension pack of plugins) avoiding the index of this page in google meanwhile is not finished ?

Thanks writing in.

The easiest way to block your site from indexing while you are developing your site is to use a built-in WordPress setting to block search engines. In the wordpress dashboard, go to Settings » Reading and check the box next to “Search Engine Visibility.”
