Columns not working at all

Hi

I have noticed since the newer version of Cornerstone that i cannot create columns on any browser or device.only Classic Columns work. Everything new is coming out as a single column

However the columns do ork if im on the website whilst logged into wordpress

I have loads of examples of this

https://trialforfree.com/film/starz-free-trial/40-best-movies-on-starz/ the movie images and captions should be split into 4 columns for desktop not 1.

https://trialforfree.com/film/hbo-free-trial/ the availability, Duration, Rating section at the top should be 3 columns not one

https://trialforfree.com/film/disney-plus-free-trial/ list of movies on this page should be 3 columns not one

These are 3 examples but it is all over the website that these are not working.

i have already done the following

• ensuring Containers are on, also tried off
• cleared cache
• rebuilt pages and templates from scratch

I have been testing soo many different things but it simply does not work, for some weird reason only works when im browsing the website whilst in wordpress

I have gone through every plugin one by one and deactivated to find a conflict but could not find any

I also went through every setting in the section, row and sub-column in cornerstone but still could not fix

I also opened Inspect element in a browser as if I was a user when logged out of wordpress and still could not fix the problem temporarily?

I am out of ideas?

Hi Mark,

It looks like a caching related issue because if you add ?nocache=1 on the URL you’ll see the page correctly.

Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) don’t just deactivate it, If clearing cache did not work, please log in to your server control panel and manually delete all the cached files.
