Then, if you actually scroll back up, it displays incorrectly again. Thoughts?

I have tried replicating the issue on my local testing server using a two column row with a classic slider and a text element in each column. There is no issue on my end. Thanks for providing the information. I have inspected the page and I could figured out the cause of the issue. It seems that there was something corrupted in the section, row or columns. I ended up recreated the section instead.
