Columns issue

Sorry to write back in about this, but the old thread is closed.

Here’s what I wrote previously:

I’ve set up a page with the Pro builder and I’ve got several sections that use multiple columns in a row. When I’m logged in it displays just fine, but when I’m not logged in it shows in a single column.

You guys suggested clearing the cache, but that didn’t work. I even tried a different browser. So if you go to the link I’ll put in the secure notes you’ll see that every section has a lot of stuff listed in a single row.

To give you an idea of what should be displaying in columns, pretty much every section of the homepage should be utilizing them, but they all have everything in a single column.

Hey Zach,

That happens because our theme’s CSS was commented out most probably by a third-party plugin.

Please do the follow actions.

  1. Clear all caches again and then temporarily deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. Then, clear your browser’s cache.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and temporarily disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Temporarily remove all custom codes on your site.

  5. Check your page for broken custom HTML

This is not an issue with our theme as you can see in my screenshot, other third-party plugins’ CSS are commented out too.

Thanks.

Thanks, I had done all of that except I didn’t think about purging the CDN cache before, and that seems to have done the trick.

You’re welcome, Zach. We’re glad the issue is fixed.
