Any fix other than completely redoing every page of the site for the “columns displaying as rows” issue. I’ve went through every page and change the page layout from default to “full-width” which actually shows the site in a container to keep all the content from smashing into the left side of the window, but I can’t seem to find a reason why the columns are showing as rows… even when trying to add a new section with a row having 3 columns. You can see the issue on this page https://irontrailmotorseventcenter.com/about-2/ where “events” “weddings” and “sports” used to be boxes with 3 columns. This was a section adapted from the Church demo. Thanks for your help!
Hey Tracy,
The X version on your site is outdated. Please first update it and check your site again.
By the way, updating everything is part of the troubleshooting steps. Before reporting an issue to us, please kindly, at least, do the following troubleshooting steps to help isolate the issue because 3rd party plugins, custom codes, caching and incompatibilities are the usual cause of the issue.
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Version Compatibility
Thanks.
