Hi There,

Upon checking your website, I could see that it has 28 active plugins.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hope it helps.

I have deactivated everything other than cornerstone.
The result. When i click columns of say 2, the new column adds as a row below. Again.
The plugins don’t do anything.

Hi There,

Please turn off your cache and optmization plugins so we can test.

Are you using Cloudfare? If yes, turn off minification.

Thank you

I turned off everything other than cornerstone when I tested. As above: “I have deactivated everything other than cornerstone.”
I have more than one licence.
This does not happen on my other domain. I just checked. Yes, there the columns are columns not rows.

I turned off all three minification options. tested= fail
paused cloudflare= fail

I have a live site dude. Turning off this stuff creates issues. Will leave off for a few mins

I need to fix things.
It seems this is not the first time this happened: https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/column-layout-cornerstone/

Hi There,

We’re sorry you’re still having this issue. I did check few pages but then those pages are built using Cornerstone. I tried to add CS Test draft page to check the issue in Cornerstone. I found a different issue, Cornerstone didn’t load at all because of an error. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbifXOlIyQ
Sometimes, it doesn’t load because of connection issue. Please check in with your hosting provider regarding that error. Then when it loads, there’s JS error. Your comments syntax is wrong.
/* Your custom script will go here /*
That line of comment should be like this:
/* Your custom script will go here */
Then check again after that.

Hey Lely - things seem to be magically working. I presume you changed the commenting?
So you thing the issues was on the Siteground side?
Thanks
Alexander

Glad to hear we managed to help.

Have a great week!
