Columns are wrong after update

Hi,

When I update the theme and Cornerstone, the columns on the website are not on the right position anymore. I restored my backup and everything is working good again. I also disabled other plugins, but it is the theme and the Cornerstone plugin.

Sometimes the only screenshots do not help us to recognize the problem you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
I have checked the site listed in your Themeco Account but didn’t find the URL to which you are referring to. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Can you check if the login url is good. I tested it here and it is working.

Hello I am experiencing similar problems. Of certain columns all rows are shifted to the left.

Updating the theme to 9.0.8 appears to have fixed it. Missed that this was still to be updated.

For our website the update is the problem. On the live website we are using now version 8.3.3 with Cornerstone 5.3.3 without any problem. So I hope it can be fixed, so it will be working with the latest version.

The credentials still don’t work but do the columns span 100% of the content like the screenshot below?

If that is the case, set the Row’s Column Fill to Grow. You can learn more about the Grow property here.

I also see an incorrect setup in your Row Layout. Make sure you set values with units. Your current Row Layout setup looks like the screenshot below.

If that doesn’t help, please give us the correct credentials.

Thank you for the fast response. I think I found the problem. The colum width is 16,6% (6x). When I change the , to a . it will be as before. Is this a setting in Cornerstone where I can change the , tot a . or do I need to do find and replace or modify every page?

Glad that you are able to find the problem. Unfortunately, there is no such option to change these values for every page at a time.
