Columns are stacking - should be next to one another

Hello,

I have created a 2 column row on a page within my web site (you can see that it is working in the edit screen - next screen shot)

The URL of the offending page is www.gofooty.live/contact.

When I view it on another browser, after saving and publishing, the columns appear one under the other (see zoomed out screen shot)

Column 1 is in the correct spot but column 2 is not - it is directly under column 1.

I have checked all of the obvious things and read through the forum and tried suggestions from previous posts. I have cleared caches as well.

Could you please check what is going on and suggest a solution please.

I will attached credentials in a secure note shortly.
