Column wrong alignment

Hi there,
on our website drgajdos.sk suddenly content in the first row started to align in the top left corner. It changes to correct position after first scroll.

Please can you check it.

Thanks
Michael

Hello Michael,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of plugin conflict or JS/CSS customization issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hello Michael,

You are having this issue because of the height and width of your header. In X > Theme Options > Header > Top Height, you have set it to 90 pixels whereas the actual height is 189 pixels because there is not enough space to display the inline logo image and the navigation. You can resolve this issue in two ways:

1.) Set the top height in X > Theme Options > Header > Top Height to 189 pixels,

2.) Or, go to X > Theme Options > Layout and Design and set the “Site Max Width” to 1200 pixels

Kindly let us know which of the two works best for you.

Perfect, thanks a lot. We set site max width to 1200 px and problem is solved.

Michael
