Column shortcodes not working in footer

Hello. We have setup shortcode in footer to show multiple columns but the shortcode is not working in the footer. It seem to be working on rest of the site.

Hi @amanjaura,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be some different reason behind it, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue

If that does not help, can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Tried it all, seems to be issue with footer.
Also noticed that on product page, the footer is cutting into the related products on Safari browser.
So there is definitely something amiss in Footer Builder.

Hi @amanjaura,

Thanks for providing all the details but it is not working, please double-check the credentials.

Thank you.

the login should be ok now

Hi @amanjaura,

It seems that you have added the shortcode into the Contact Form 7, and used the Classic Contact Form 7 element in the Global Block to show it. But the element is built to render the Contact Form 7 shortcode only and the rest has been taken as the string. I would suggest you use the Raw Content element, which I have tried and found working with the same Contact Form 7 shortcode and other shortcode added into the form.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Awesome, it had worked in the past but after 4.0 it stopped. I’ve updated the code to raw content.
Thanks for your help.

You are most welcome @amanjaura.
