Column display issue

I’ve got a single-page website I’m working on and have several rows with columns in them. When I’m working on the site and logged in, I can see everything laying out just fine. But when I check in a different browser, everything is laid out in a single column. I made sure to check the layout on the breakpoints and I can’t see an issue with them. I’ll send a link in a private note.

Hi Zach,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and the first thing I noticed is that the content of your site is being served by the cache this could be a cache issue as you’re seeing correct layout in content builder. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services (see https://theme.co/docs/common-issues#disabling-cache)

If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  3. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme if using (take a backup of your custom code before removing).

If you still have problems then please get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks!

Ugh, I can’t believe I didn’t think to clear my cache- web design 101!

Yeah, that fixed it. Thanks for the help! The support you guys provide with this theme is truly outstanding.

You’re welcome, Zach. Glad to hear clearing the cache fixed the issue.
