Column and image

Hey there,
I’d like to rebuild such a section http://prntscr.com/ngd45h
I already build the necessary element, but It still needs a little tweaking so the image is always the size of the column with the tabs.
Thanks for your help!

Hi @zerotoone.de,

Thanks for reaching out.

Please apply your image as a background of that column, it should work since it’s a marginless column.

Thanks!

thank you, now I’d like to change the color of the right border here http://prntscr.com/ngp7g9
and align my the text of my tablist on the left

thanks for your help!

Hello @zerotoone.de,

Thanks for updating in!

Please edit your page and in your Tabs settings, please find the "Individual Tabs’ setting and make sure that there are no borders.

We would love to know if this has worked for you. Thank you.

ok did that, what now? how do I change the color of the border nat now disappeared?

Hey @zerotoone.de,

If you want to change the color of the right border, go to "Individual Tabs’ settings, select the right side border and style to Solid then you’ll see the Color option to change the border color. You can follow the settings shown in the screenshot below:

Hope this helps!

No it does not help, I know how to edit this border, however the changes do not apply

Hello @zerotoone.de,

The border should be applied automatically especially if you do not have any caching plugin installed. I would really love to check that page and see for my self why the border is not applying. Please provide us access so that we can take a closer look.

Thank you in advance.

thank you added a secure note. I got the tab element from the design cloud, no caching etc involved

Hey @zerotoone.de,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and I see you’ve element CSS added in your Tabs element which is overriding the builder’s settings (see screenshot)

Go to Customize section of your Tabs element (see screenshot)

Under the title Setup, edit your Element CSS (see screenshot)

Comment out or remove your custom CSS in there so the tab element settings apply.

Instead of custom CSS you should use the settings provided by the builder for each element so you don’t face such issues in future.

Hope this helps!
