Colour picker in cornerstone not loading correctly

Hello,

See screenshot - for some reason the colour picker now fails to fully load in Cornerstone.

Grateful for any advice!

Hey There,

Thanks for writing in! There could be a JS error causing this issue. In most case, it could also be a plugin conflict. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X.

If nothing is helping, please provide us access to the site so that we can investigate further.

I’m having the same issue. I disabled all plugins - no go. Then I tried re-installing Pro using the guide under Manual Update. Still no go. Any other suggestions?

I can say that this isn’t a Cornerstone problem, but an OS related one. The glitches you see is due to incompatibility issues on your software and OSX.

I suggest you check your OSX and upgrade it.
