Colour Options Not Available for Header Builder

I am trying to redesign my header however there are NO colour options to change any fonts whatsoever in the global builder.
Why not?? There are options to change the colour of everything else.
I have checked everywhere to try and find another way to change the colour but there are literally no colour options.
HELP!!!

I believe you’re trying to change the color of one word or group of words? You can only change them using the Inline Editing mode. To activate Inline Editing, double click on the text. See https://youtu.be/EEu1pHdUQTg

If that is not what you mean, please provide more details and screenshots.
