Take a look at this screenshot of what I see after clicking on Select Color in the Theme Options. It looks like the color picker (currently blue) is not fully loading because it shows a perspective view that can not be edited. I’m using the latest version of Chrome. Thoughts?

Thanks for writing in! Did you experience this after the recent update? If you’re using any caching plugins, make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache as well. If you’re using a service like CloudFlare, make sure to disable Javascript and CSS autominification options under the Speed tab and clear CloudFlare cache as well and test this issue again.

Just purchased and installed the theme 2 days ago. It’s version 6.0.4. It appears to be the most current version. No caching plug-ins or CloudFlare are being used. Using GoDaddy’s Managed WP Hosting and I flushed the cache there. Cleared browser cache in Chrome (up to date version) and I’m still getting the same issue. Color picker is working fine in Chrome’s Developer Tools. Thoughts on next steps for troubleshooting?

Hi Support. Maybe I’m going blind, but I can’t find the Secure Note feature anywhere. I was looking for the key icon, but couldn’t find it, so I had to use the Flag button to reach out to Parasant privately. Where is that pesky Secure Note button?
I also tested in Safari, but the Theme Options never loaded. I just got the following progress wheel. Maybe this additional info will give you some insight into my color picker issue.

Thank you for the credentials, but I was not able to replicate the issue, so this is more likely have something to do on your end.
Can you try using the incognito/private mode of your browser where there are no cache and browser addons at play.
Also, can you give us specs of your laptop/computer, is it a touch-screen? Can you try checking your site on a different machine?
Saw someone here that resolves the same issue by updating his iOS.
