Thanks for writing in.

I saw similar issue before but I can’t reproduce his issue even by testing his site directly. How about a video recording instead of screenshot? So I could see the exact behavior of the picker. And what device and browser you’re testing it with? Please note that the builder isn’t optimized or made for touch devices.
