Color Picker and text editor not working

I have some issues lately on my Pro website.
When i edit some text, wether it be in HTML or Rich Text, the text doesn’t actually change.

When i edit text, sometimes i have to wait for several minutes for the change to happen.
And when i want to change color, the color picker doesnt change either, i can click on a color, and wait for 30 seconds before it changes, and sometimes it just wont change.

I have commented out all custom CSS, and disabled cache plugin.
Also tried in Incognito mode but it doesn’t help.

The domain is togy.dk

Thanks. Added the note

Hi @12ga,

I have checked the specific page and found that the Color and other changes are reflected immediately after the change. If you are still facing the same issue, I would request that you please provide any video that helps us recognize the problem.

Thanks

I couldn’t upload it here, so i made a private YT video instead.

Hi @12ga,

I have followed the same steps shown in the video but text change worked for me. Please find the following video.

I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Thanks

Thanks.
Didnt help in chrome, even in incognito, but it seems it works fine in firefox.
Guess ill just use Firefox.

Hi @12ga,

If it is working fine in Firefox, that means there is some problem in the Chrome browser. I would suggest you check the version once and also check in any other computer if the same issue exists in an updated version of Chrome.

Thanks
