Color and font missing from template

Hey I dont know is it a bug or this is the system.

But when I am exporting the template and importing to a another site . it missing the font and color and images .

Is this should be to happening ??

I was using 3 color / font on the site .

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and found that importing the Template is coming with all it’s styling including the font, color and images. Specifically on the Font part please check if that Font is available where you are importing the Template. Also check the wp-content/uploads folder permission for adding the files while importing.
If all those are correctly set, but you are still having the issue, please let us know the steps you are following while export and import the Template, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

Note: Any screen capture video will help us with this.
