Collapsed navigation menu not opening on mobile

The collapsed mobile navigation menu is not opening when clicked on our website at https://breakoutbar.com. The site is using the Pro theme. The theme version and all plugins are current and are regularly updated to the latest versions.

For some unknown reason, this issue is only occurring on the home page and the “Our Team” page (Note: The home page menu is contained in a custom header that is only applied to the home page. All other pages have a different custom header applied to them. However, both menus and all of their settings are identical).

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your homepage and I see couple of JavaScript errors which is breaking the site’s JS functionality. I believe it’s the testimonial section you created on your homepage, if you’re using a third party plugin or a script for that please deactivate / remove it and see if this resolves the issue. Hopefully this will fix the issue if it doesn’t then please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache)

Yes, removing the testimonials fixed the problem on the homepage! FYI, the testimonial slider that wasn’t working correctly and was causing the menu problem was the Classic EA Testimonial slider element from the Essential Addons for Cornerstone plugin by Codetic.

Can you tell what’s causing the same menu problem on the “Our Team” page?

Never mind, I just fixed it too. There was a slider that I had hidden that was causing the problem. Thanks again!
