Collapsed menu bar changed

Hello, I’m trying to figure out why my hamburger menu changed for mobile devices. I no longer see the icon bars, and the menu itself has decreased in width. Testing with the devices in the customizer it starts with the 767px width. Things appear fine when inspecting the code, but it isn’t.
