Collapse Navigation Bar

I’m using the navigation bar as a pane. Currently, I have a custom link that says “Collapse Menu”. I would like the navigation menu to ease off of the screen. I’m using the Renew stack and I am using the navbar fixed on the left side.

Is it within the scope of this forum and support to explain the proper CSS method for collapsing the navigation pane when this link is clicked? I would like the default behavior to remain on mobile as well. I don’t expect mobile users to be able to collapse the pane since it wouldn’t be necessary.

Ideally, when collapsed, the navbar would still be available for clicks to return the bar to it’s normal position/size.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
