Code Syntax Block

I’m trying to use the plugin Code Syntax Block within Theme X Pro. However it only seems to work when adding a code block with Wordpress editor. When using the Pro Editor I don’t see a code block element.

When I first add the code block with the Wordpress editor and then edit the rest of the page with Pro Editor, the block is gone. Is there a way to get that plugin working?

Hello @crossivity,

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer. You may also check the Classic Code Snippet element that is in the Pro builder.

Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks for your reply. I understand you can not support third party plugins. However I would like to know how I can add code blocks within Pro theme. I would also like to know if there is a way to use the Wordpress editor in conjunction with the Pro editor.

Hello @crossivity,

There is a Classic Code Snippet that comes with the Pro builder:

This is not possible because when you create a page, you will have to decide which editor you want to build the page with. If you create the page using the Pro builder, you will have to use the Pro builder to change anything on the page as it will break the page if you edit it outside the Pro builder.

Hope this helps.
