Code Showing up in RSS feed

Towards the end of October we noticed some code appearing right before the content in our RSS feed. Below is what is inserted right after the blog byline and before the content.

[cs_element_section _id=”1″][cs_element_row _id=”2″][cs_element_column _id=”3″]

I am up to date with X theme and Cornerstone. Running version 5.2.5

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
