Code error I can't fix

Hi support team!
I have an error in the code of my customizer, that I can not fix. In line 100 there is a double semicolon, but when I remove it, the footer background changes color.

Furthermore someone told me that the source code of the site is inssuficient for SEO. Can you see a problem?
