Code appearing below footer, but it doesn't exist!

Hi there,

This is a very complex matter and I’ve tried troubleshooting every possibility, unfortunately I have not been successful.

Problem:

When accessing https://www.zookdisk.com/ please scroll down to the footer, you’ll notice below the footer there is notification stating “Edition Not Found :(”

This blow below the footer is located throughout the entire website, but this must not be there.

What I’ve tried:

  • Accessed back end via Filezilla, accessed footer, body and header files - I couldn’t find the code there.
  • I have reset my cache numerous times, and have also turned off caching.
  • I have used a plugin called “string locator” and I have tried to search for the code this way, also no luck.

This is the code in question.
Which you will find when you inspect element. I have tried searching for any variations of this code.

Please help, I have exhausted all ideas!

Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you are still getting the issue and you did not add the iframe code on your site, try installing the Wordfence plugin then scan the files of your site.

In case you’re not able to find the cause of the issue, please provide us with the admin and FTP details of your site in a secure note so that we could check your site.

Hope this helps.
