Hi Themeco,
I’ve recently updated to the latest pro version [4.1.5] and can not load the ‘cloud designer’.
I’ve attempted the solution provided in the below link appending my .htaccess but to no avail:

I have removed the theme and re-installed and the issue persists. Could you advise?

Issue resolved 
Followed your ‘troubleshooting’ guide and found my ‘permalinks’ were set to a custom definition. Followed the guide, Settings -> Permalinks -> Select ‘Post’ & Save, reinstalled the theme and now ‘Design Cloud’ can be successfully loaded.
