Closing gap between image and custom headline and updating Blog Title

Hi,

Currently working on a brand new site and putting on the finishing touches.

On my home page header section I have the logo image and underneath a custom headline with the tagline of the website.

Is there a way to close the gap between the image and the custom headline? As you can see from my screenshot the gap between the logo and the custom headline is quite large.

Please let me know if there is a way to close the gap.

Also on the blog page is there a way to make the font on the blog the same as the rest of the custom headlines on the page?
