The close X image to close is not appearing on mobile device.
Please take a look at the attached image. It shows up on desktop to close the pop up but not on mobile devices.

Did you just moved from the staging site to the live site? Please install “Better Search and Replace” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/) plugin and perform a search and replace.
