When I try to start a page by cloning another, the list of choices (and search results) are only pages that are in draft. I cannot access any published pages to clone them as my starting point.
Is there some setting or something I need to change?

In order to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password

I believe that this is a bug. I will add this to our issue tracker and also ask our developers if there is a setting or a simple code that we can enable the published pages as well.
