Is it possible to clone the extra fields using Checkout Manager.
I would like to collect information for each instance of the product added to the cart.

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by the Woo Checkout Manager. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this.
