Greetings. One of our clients is unable to edit pages using Cornerstone – she says that it just loads forever, and never brings the page up. Everyone on our end can edit pages just fine, so it appears not to be an issue with Cornerstone itself. It works fine on our machines (all Macs, of various ages, running Sierra) – hers is a Windows 7 (64 bit) machine. Are you aware of anything that would cause issues just on her computer, and not ours?

One thing just occurred to me – could this be an issue of http vs https? I’m pretty sure that we recently changed some SSL stuff around for them.

I am on windows 7 64 and Cornerstone loaded fine on Chrome and Firefox.
In case your client is still facing issues, please advise him to clean the browser cache if that does not work, please ask him to try a different browser as it might be an issue isolated to his browser due incompatible addons installed among other reasons.
