Hi, just bought a new license for the current X theme to replace a faulty old 2.3.2 version I had. After doing the deletion and install, wordpress had a message saying I needed to install Cornerstone 4.2 After clicking that link my website crashed. All I can get to load is the wordpress login screen. After logging in to my website /wp-admin/ I just have a white screen with nothing loading. What’s happening?

Thank you for writing, there might be a plugin conflict with Cornerstone, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

I disabled all my plugins in the website, and looks like it works, definitely a plugin conflict. I do my file managing through my cPanel so I don’t have an ftp login. I’ll be looking into this, would you like me to make an ftp login for you to access?

The access wouldn’t be necessary since you have figured out that this is a plugin conflict. That last thing you need is to identify which plugin is it. You can find that plugin by activating one 3rd party plugin at a time, and seeing if the problem remains. If the issue comes back, you’ll know that a plugin you have just activated caused the problem.
