Clicking on headers option logs me out automatically

When I go to Pro–>Headers --> I am brought back to the WP Login screen. Weird issue. I had updated to last version not sure if that was the cause.

Hi @detech,

Thanks for reaching out!

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your website.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hope that helps and let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

I am going to disable all plugins as a whole and add them one at a time if it resolves the issue, otherwise I’ve checked everything else and didn’t add a child theme as of yet. I also cleared my cache on the site.

Hello @detech,

You are having this issue because you have a Protocol mismatch. Please go to Settings > General and make sure that your Site URL and WordPress Address URL is using https.

See the secure note.

Best Regards.

I made that change but the issue is still there and I cannot access the Pro features still, I have disabled my plugins (all of them) and I have added https to my urls in settings --> general

I resolved it by setting the urls to HTTPS without “www.”

Why did this work and do you have any suggestions?

Now when I go into headers I get this.

Hello @detech,

I checked your site dashboard. It seems that there is a mixed content issue. It seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site(moving the site from HTTP to HTTPS) and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] blocking to load Header.

I would suggest you replace the URL properly and check this again, there are many URL replacement Plugins available in WordPress which help you to replace the URL.
This article will be helpful in this:https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-update-urls-when-moving-your-wordpress-site/

Also, remember that the exact URL should be mentioned in Setting > General, WordPress Address and Site URL, including the protocol i.e HTTP/HTTPS.

Hope it helps
Thanks

What would it cost to have someone fix this for me? I tried as you suggested and cannot figure out the solution on my own.

Hello @detech,

You ask your hosting to the provider to update the URL in case if this service is been provided by the hosting provider or you can follow this article to update the URL

If you are not able to do it by your self you can contact a developer who can assist you with your concern or you can avail our service called One where customization questions are answered.

Thanks for understanding

I don’t understand what you mean, I self host on my own cloud server with cyberpanel.
Is there a way to get the minimum or optimized text for my .htaccess file? Maybe thats why its not working.

I can access the header and content area if I go to the site and access it from the top wordpress menu. There must be an easy way to correct the issue. Would your team please look into this. Please share with your team this once for me. Thanks.

Hello @detech,

I have logged in to your site and I can access the headers.
See the secure note.

I can even access the layouts and the footers:
See the secure note.

Please use private browsing mode and test the site again.

Either I fixed it or a plug-in I installed fixed this issue. If I remove the plug-ins will I be okay at this point or should I just keeo the SSL fixer plug-ins in place?

Hello @detech,

I think it is working now at my end as well. It might be browser cache at your end I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again or you may check it in the private mode of the browser.

Thanks
