Clicking on Header elements redirects the page

I am trying to create a header on a brand new wordpress install.

No plugins etc are active.

Whenever I click on the “Elements” tab it redirects me to a “Page not found” page.

I have cleared my cache and tested this on Chrome and Firefox, so its a site problem not a browser problem.

Disregard this.

I just had to update my permalinks, now it works.
