Clicking Layout/Elements/Inspector buttons in Cornerstone navigates to non existent page

Fresh new install. All up to date…

Wordpress version 4.9.8–en_GB,
X Installed Version 6.3.8
Cornerstone Version 3.3.8

Nocaching plugins installed.

In Cornerstone, when editing a page,
https://vashti.co.uk/?cs-launch=1&cs_route=content.builder/2

Every time I click the Elements button

it trys to naviagate to https://mydomain.com/content/2/elements
ie. a non existent page. (Oops!You blew up the Internet.)

Same with Layout and Inspector buttons.

Also the Social icons for the Under Constrcution plugin page don’t display.
Seems like X / Cornerston have not installed properly.
(Tried reinstalling Wordpress, reactivating Cornerstone)

Please help!

Thanks for writing in!

This issue usually happens when the permalink is not properly set up. Please go to Settings > Permalinks and select “Post Name” because this is the recommended setting. And then please make sure that there is no index.php in the permalink.

With under construction plugin, I can confirm that this is a bug. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.
