Click to call button element showing as X on mobile menu

I filled out a previous forum topic that ended before I got the chance to respond, here is what was said:

-The button element started showing as an X recently on the mobile menu. It only shows as an X when viewing from a mobile phone, not in the editor when viewing in mobile view. I have tried creating a new button and using a social button but when I do, it breaks the header. Please help, I will share the URL but don’t see the secure note option.

-Font Awesome was already enabled in the theme options, I tried turning it off and on and still have the same issue

Font awesome is enabled and works fine everywhere else on the site except the mobile header click to call button.

Hi Justin,

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello Justin,

Thanks for sharing the login details it seems that there is an issue cache. I would suggest you please purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin clear your browser cache and then check it again.
