• I would like the menu to stay in mobile mode with menu bar in white when expanding (similar to example site)
• logo bar should turn white when scrolling down and stay fixed to top similar to the sample site.
I usually work in renew, but can pivot my stack based on what would be easiest.

What you have in mind or in the example URL site header can be done easily if you use Pro theme. In Pro theme, there is a header builder that allows you to create custom header. You can insert bars in your header and replicate the header of the example site.
