I spent a lot of time working on our website last week.
Only then, I noticed the layout and listing of “Classic” Rows and Columns. This was probably introduced a long time ago, but I only stumbled across it last week. 
Will this impact the layout at any point in the future, or cause any conflicts or issues with the pages and posts?

Hi Cara,
Thank you for writing in, the CLASSIC elements including the Classic Section, Row, and Column are all backward compatible so it would be fine even you update to the latest version of X and Cornerstone. But we encourage to build all your future pages/posts in new elements to maximize the features of the X and Cornerstone.
