Classic Text Type questions

Hey There!

I am working with the classic text type element. I am wondering if it is possible to delay the start of individual text type elements until the each element becomes visible on the screen. As is, once my page loads, all the text starts and runs simultaneously. I am attempting to use the classic text type elements to more or less tell a story as the viewer scrolls down.

I am also wondering how to go about making the last string of the text type element stay visible after it reaches the end (currently it deletes the last line, leaving just the blinking curser)

Hi C,

The functionality of the Classic Text Type that you can use to customize it’s behavior are in the element’s settings. Apart from that, additional functions would require further customization which goes beyond the scope of our support.

If you want to customize the Classic Text Type’s animation you will have write some custom Javascript code in order to override the native functionality.
