Classic Text Type manual trigger

Hi,
I’m using the Classic Text Type Element as part of my website.
As the Element is further down the page I would like to start the animation when it is first visible to the user.

Is there a way to trigger the animation start via a custom js or something like that instead of the timer used in the settings?

Unfortunately I was not able to find any documentation regarding the element that might help with custom calls like that.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by text type. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
