Classic text erasing all the " " when switching from HTML to Rich Text

I have many Classic Text elements on my website. Whenever I want to edit them in Rich Text mode, it erases all the " " in the text. Is this a known issue?

How to make it stop doing that?

EDIT : It is not a plugin conflict since it keeps happening when I deactivate everything.
