It looks like you are using Essential Addons for Cornerstone & Pro plugin. Although it’s a extension for X, Pro and Cornerstone but it’s a 3rd party plugin and we have no control over the working of 3rd party plugins. Any issues arising because of 3rd party plugins falls outside the scope of support we can offer and should be directed towards plugin developer.

However, to help you align team members area, please add following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

    width: 30% !important;
}
