Hi bsquareweb,

Could you please double check that only one tab of them has “INITIAL ACTIVE TAB” checked?

If you are sure and you still have this issue, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.

Alaa, thanks for the quick response. All the tabs were turned on so I closed the other two and we are good. Thank you for the great support!
