Classic Tabs not showing open tab upon arriving to page

Hi,

Not sure what is happening.

So I’m using Classic Tabs on my contact page. I need the first tab “Homebuyer” to be open upon arriving to the page. Everything I’ve read says it should automatically be open. I found a few threads with people having issue with the “INITIAL ACTIVE TAB” but that’s not my problem here.

To make sure it wasn’t something I had added, to do a test, I placed a blank Tabs element on the page and striped out my CSS, But no luck, all the tabs are still closed upon arriving to the page.

I’m sure it’s something dumb I did. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a bug and have already been added to our issue tracker.

Please stay tuned for upcoming releases to have a fix regarding this. You can always check the changelog and see the latest changes…

I can see that you are using Pro 2.0.4. Pro 2.1.5 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
