Classic Tabs "initial active tab' not working

Hi i have ‘initial active tab’ set to the ‘data and privacy’ tab - but the page always loads on the first tab which is ‘candidate terms’ tab. See this link https://rhubarbrecruitment.com/terms-of-business/
