Classic Row/Column not showing up in editor but working on front page website

The classic row/column which contains a grid of images for our projects is un-editable as no options show up in the editor

If you go to the front end of the website the grid is still visible and usable, but I cannot make any changes or edits to it which is a problem.

I have updated all plugins and wordpress, but this has been an ongoing issue. Please advise.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having it requires investigation through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific page or Layout where you are having this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
